Taught over the course of two weeks at our Omaha, Nebraska headquarters, Carson Dunlop’s Training Center fully prepares you to hit the ground running in your new inspection career. Our industry-leading curriculum combines both classroom and in-the-field training taught by experts in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, home structures, and more. Your training covers residential and commercial inspections, helping prepare you to deliver a wide variety of services. 

With our small class sizes, you’ll get the individual attention you need to succeed in property inspection. We take care of the details so you can focus on the knowledge you need to start your business. 

Week 1 of training will cover inspection techniques for every aspect of a property’s major systems and components. From roof to foundation, you’ll learn what makes a well-built home. Week 2 will include all aspects of your marketing and business plan. From contacting agents to polishing your digital presence, you’ll learn how to run your business and build your clientele. 

In addition to our comprehensive two-week training course, you’ll get full access to the 400-hr Carson Dunlop School of Education online education program.
