Once you’ve spoken to a Recruiter and had a chance to do some research, you’ll fill out our Franchise Application. We’ll then send you our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which provides crucial information about Carson’s Dunlop’s day-to-day operations. We’re always happy to walk you through the document so you can make an informed decision.
We want to meet you! Before we enter into the contractual stage of the process, we’ll schedule an in-person or virtual meeting so you have a chance to meet our entire staff at our Omaha headquarters.
We’ll review your territory with you, and you’ll complete the final paperwork required for becoming a Carson Dunlop franchise owner.
Once you’ve completed your paperwork, you’re ready to schedule your training. This will take place over the course of two weeks at our Omaha, Nebraska, USA headquarters.
